With a degree in Interior Design and 30 years of experience in the

construction and design industries, Jodi Sutton brings a unique perspective

to real estate. Her background in kitchen and bath design, residential design,

remodeling, and new home construction allows her to help clients recognize

a property's full potential while guiding them through every step of the

buying and selling process.

Throughout her career, Jodi has partnered with homeowners, builders,

architects, and contractors to create thoughtful, functional, and beautiful

spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. Her attention to detail, strong

communication skills, and commitment to exceptional service have earned

the trust of both clients and industry professionals.

Jodi is an active member of her church, where she enjoys singing in the choir

and serving alongside her church family. She is also an active member of the

Foothills Home Builders Association, staying connected with the local

building industry.

Jodi and her husband, a retired United States Marine, live in Caldwell County

with their three children and beloved pets. As the wife of a Marine, she has a

deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by military families and is

passionate about helping veterans navigate the home buying and selling

process.
