Sasha Elliott is a fourth-generation real estate broker with deep roots in the industry and a passion for helping people find home in Hickory-Lenoir area. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Sasha brings a blend of Southern warmth, strong market knowledge, and a rich family legacy in real estate—one that began with her great grandfather, who owned and operated a successful brokerage in Chicago.

Licensed in 2016, Sasha began her real estate career in the fast-paced Charlotte, NC market, where she built a strong foundation in residential sales and client service. After several successful years working in the Charlotte area through 2019, she felt called to pursue a more personal, community-centered path.

In 2020, Sasha made the intentional decision to move her family to Caldwell County to embrace a small-town lifestyle centered around connection, community, and quality of life. That move marked the beginning of a new chapter as she founded Harper Realty in Western North Carolina.

Opening the firm represented more than starting a business—it was the continuation of a four-generation legacy in real estate. Inspired by the family tradition that began with her great grandfather’s brokerage in Chicago, Sasha built Harper Realty as a brand grounded in core values, authenticity, dedication, and a commitment to ethical business practices. Her vision was to create a boutique brokerage that prioritizes relationships, professionalism, and a high standard of service while reflecting the character and integrity of the communities it serves.

With a background in performing music, Sasha brings creativity, strong communication, and a natural ability to connect with people into every client interaction. Whether guiding buyers through one of the most important purchases of their lives or helping sellers position their homes for success, she approaches each opportunity with care, focus, and a client-first mindset.
